Oval – bottom bucket silhouette made of durable GG Supreme Navy blue monogram coated canvas. Genuine Navy blue leather trim, drawstring, and front oval GG logo tag. Signature red and Navy blue fabric web stripe wrapped around lower half. Single shoulder strap adjustable from approx. 15” to 30-35” total strap length
Solid gold-tone metal hardware, including drawstring eyelets, Gucci tab on drawstring, Gucci crest zipper pull, and strap rings. One main compartment with interior zippered pocket. Interior lining – Matte Navy blue synthetic fabric finished with waterproof polyurethane coating - Original dust bag.
Interior Identification and Serial Number:
Interior identification tab – Older Gucci vintage bags frequently utilized a distinct rounded leather tab with a metal gold-tone plate that featured the Gucci crest,GUCCI, and Made in Italy. This tab is hand-sewn just below the zippered compartment in this handbag.
Serial Number – Vintage serial numbers on structured shoulder bags appear as a stamped number on the back of the identification tag. The serial number for this handbag is 0010840933 (001 signifies this model is a shoulder handbag and 084 is the specific 1980s model number for this exact bucket shape).
Condition: Excellent, but has a minor interior cosmetic flaw (approx. ½”) just above the zippered compartment from handling during photography for this raffle (please see close-up photo).
